Process: Unique among most exporters today, WASILA focuses on products which can be made in larger quantities by hand, without compromising quality. When we make the decision to introduce a new product, many steps are taken to ensure that we can deliver quantity and quality, on time.
Quality Control: We also have our in-house quality control team (Q.C.) for control product quality to meet our quality standard.
Packing: Our goods will be packed in standard export cartons to suit overseas transportation method depending on size, category and quantity of the items, in addition item of the items inside the master box will be wrapped into individual packaging according to the item's code, or based on the resemblance in dimension. The packing method is divided into 2 processes, first is to put in the inner carton (with materials such as bubble sheet, corrugated paper, etc), and second, a 8-10 inner carton into export carton to eliminate damage during overseas transportation.
Shipment: Our products are based on FOB (free on board) BANGKOK. This includes the expenses of packing transportation from our factory in Chiangmai to Bangkok, and documentation for the goods forwarding formality. The customer is responsible for the cost of transportation from Bangkok to the final destination.
We handle two alternatives of cargo delivery.
1. By Sea Freight
A full container load (FCL) either by 20 or 40 feet container is recommended and this is the most economic and efficient shipping way of sea cargo. In case of product quantity is less than the volume of a single container unit, other alternative is to ship in less than container load (LCL). However, please note that container shipped on LCL basis might have extra charges from the shipping company chosen and normally the container will have to wait until it is fully occupied by other customers, which might cause a delay in shipment time and delivery. Therefore we highly recommend you to place order and ship your cargo in full container load basis in order to save expenses and precise delivery time.
2. By Air Freight
There are two basic levels of airfreight, standard air cargo service and express courier service. For standard air cargo, we will select best economically airlines and goods will ship to destination airport under your recommendation. In case of delivery time is urgent; we can arrange goods ship by express courier service provider of DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS. Please feel free to let us know your selected or prefer service provider as advised.
